We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn’t just post content - you build presence with purpose.
This role is for someone who thinks strategically, writes with clarity, and turns complex ideas into high-signal, human-led content. You’ll craft and execute social strategies that build trust, authority, and momentum over time, not just clicks or likes.

What You’ll Do
- Own the social media strategy end-to-end across LinkedIn and other key platforms.
- Translate strategy and insights into copy and content that’s confident, clear, and human.
- Plan content systems that compound over time, not one-off posts.
- Track performance, draw insights, and optimise - vanity metrics don’t impress us.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape positioning, thought leadership, and narrative.
- Ensure every post, thread, or update aligns with the brand voice.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years managing and growing a brand-led social presence.
- Strong copy instincts - you know how to say more with fewer words.
- Strategic mindset - every post is part of a bigger story.
- Comfortable owning outcomes and making decisions.
- Detail-oriented - craft, precision, and accuracy are non-negotiable.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media tools.
Bonus:
- Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or growth-focused brands.
- Familiarity with founder-led content or thought leadership.
- Understanding of social media as a long-term brand-building tool.
