Working Together

Every collaboration begins with a shared understanding. The details, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and investment, are defined in your signed Project Agreement. Any new work or adjustments are agreed in writing.

We do not chase volume. We build depth. Each project is designed with precision and intention.

Fees & Payments

  • Payment terms are outlined in your Project Agreement.
  • Invoices are due within the agreed timeframe (typically 7-14 days).

We believe in transparency, with no hidden fees or surprises.

Intellectual Property

Your brand assets and data remain yours.
Our internal systems, strategies, and frameworks remain ours.
Once all fees are settled, you own full rights to the final creative work produced specifically for your business use.

Everything we create is original and crafted with purpose.

Confidentiality

What you share with us stays with us.
Both sides commit to keeping shared information private and secure, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

We operate with radical openness, not reckless sharing.

Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
When handling client or customer data, we act as a data processor and uphold the same care and compliance we expect from our partners.
If needed, a separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) will define responsibilities.

Your data is treated with respect, always.

Ending an Engagement

Either party can end the engagement with written notice, as outlined in your Project Agreement.
All work completed up to that point will be delivered, and any outstanding invoices remain payable.

We part ways professionally, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with any disputes resolved through its courts.

Updates

We refine as we grow.
